Hi,

My task is:

A sphere is filled with millions of particles. Slowly disintegrates into particles. moving towards an attractor. When particles movets towards the attractor, the volume of the sphere should reduce.

I've plan of doing instancers. but is there any other technique to achieve this effect

I attached an image for reference.

i think u Dont have to fill your sphere with Particles...

if this is what u mean,
U have to
-bake the texture of the Sphere,
-let the sphere EmitParticles,
-use the Baked texture for particle Color,
-use a ramp on texture rate with animated position and 3Colors black-white-black
-use a ramp on transparency ofSphere so where Particles where born, the Sphere disappears
- and use a field to push the Particles in the desired direction or like in Your case use
goals to suck the Particles to the attractor
