View Full Version : Weird slow-down in XSI

Hey Folks,
I've been getting this weird slow down in XSI and I can't seem to figure it out yet. When I hit V, C, or X for the gizmo it takes about 2-3 seconds before the gizmo will actually show up. There is a similiar slow down when I'm in tweak mode. Freezing the model doesn't seem to help, or working in immediate mode. Anyone ever had this problem?

What was the last thing you remember doing before it started acting up? What kind of gfx card do you have? Drivers?

Also, try renaming your user directory and starting xsi. See if that helps.

You are not running low on the memory aren't you. When page swapping occur, this will definitely slow down the process.
