View Full Version : woman with blond hair and green eyes

hi all, here is a 3d woman head i am working at it right now, its for my portfolio. i want it to be a strong woman confident about herself , inteligent and beautiful, but not the ideal beauty/inteligence. i want it to be realistic but more like an illustration with a degree of fantasy in it. i am working on her body as well.

any suggestion on how can i improve this 3d piece is welcomed.

she wont have hairfx for the time being cuz hair fx requires much time and tests. i made a test with flex for poly hair and im happy with the results

another thing it's her eyes and eyelashes are textured only with 3ds max materials. no bitmap

i modeled the head from zero. made a matrix head in one day, and i tweaked it across last month. i will add her body soon :)

done in 3ds max.

you've got a good start here...
she looks a little soft in nature to me... i would add a slight frown, might give her a slight degree of strength, and a wisened look to her eyes if you do? not exactly sure of how you vision the final piece though...

Its a great model. If you can use Maya unlimited to create hair it would produce excellent results!
