Do you mean like soap bubbles ? Make a single soap bubble image, cut it out as a custom brush and draw with that. If you're using a pen set the size of the brush to the pen pressure so you get differing sizes of the bubbles, and maybe the colour as well ( if quite subtle ) to get that soapy 'rainbow' effect...

Thank you for describing of your method. And yes, I mean soap bubbles. I will try your method but I think, the real bubble image in my mind can only made with a 3D filter. I will try and search different ways for this. And thank you again Nik.
