I like it, only problem is it doesn't say to me what your focus is...
For example, you have alot of characters in there, are you going for modeling?? reason I ask is because the animations are to simple/subtle and doesn't say to me you would like to be an animator, but on the other hand the modeling isn't "detailed" enough to say you want to be a modeler. Know what I mean?
I don't think you're going the texture/lighting artist route, so I won't touch on those...
But the above is what speaks to me right away, spend more time developing your characters emotions, put some life into them, I was waiting for that giant kicka$$ bot at the end to do something funky, but all he did was turn and face the camera :hmm: see what I'm saying? you have great potential, open it up and be more aggressive!!! In this industry if you're not aggressive you're more than likely not getting pass the front door...
Keep at it, you'll find that once you return to it and push it to it's limits you'll slap yourself for calling it finished right now :)
Good luck

BTW I thought the reel was finished after the bot, I wouldn't recommend adding credits in the middle like that, heh I turned it off :), you might want to keep credits at the end, I watched it again and Eye Brow Boy was pretty nifty, looks like flash correct?
All in all keep at it, like I said you have great potential, push it!

you're dead on with the animation, I felt content with it until I started looking around at others work. I'm working on animating the first character further, but after you mentioned it I probably should do more with all of them.
Thanks very much, best feedback I've had in a while.:)
P.S. yes eyebrow boy was done in flash. its one of my pet projects. thanks again

it also seemed a bit long in parts.
That big robot looked like the one from Descent 3, except for the shape of the head. That bot should defintly do something other than look at the camera.

I think that you have to define your focus a bit more and start pushing that choice further. I try not to let audio influence me with design/3D reels sometimes, but I found your mixes a bit distracting. The fades from one piece to another and also kind of in odd places. As mentioned in above posts...find your favorite parts and push them further to get something really polished...Cheers

Nice work on the demo reel, I think the sound track is a bit distracting, some of the clips seam to run a bit longer than they should and I would agree about the credits in the middle too. But here is good models in there and good animation too, altogether it is well done but could be improved a bit I think with edits and more pace in certain segments.
Good luck
