It's very interesting. Actually I'm trying to get a job in the game development in moment. So thanks for the second post. It's useful to get more experience. I'm a newcomer in this field.:) The render has the numbers "808" and small holes on the rounded surface. But I can't see them at the texture. This is another version or you've put it (808 and holes) from other texture? Or some other method? Thank you for your further reply.

very nice concept and nice texures. maybe make the 808 texure smaller so it has a border(with nothing) in the cutout.

Martian Independence War? Kidding me, right? :)

My student demo was about that... the last fight in a giant war on Mars. The Martians, who were in fact a colony of humans established on the planet many decades ago, claimed the right to be independent from Earth. So the Earth sent troops on Mars to kill any rebellion ideas before it's too late. But, it already was. So, the short movie starts with a guy on a building, crying and saying how much he is sorry. Next plan, a mass of "Earthians" and giant mechrobots are walking in the streets and shoots any Martians in sight. Next thing you know, the whole city has been destroyed(with Earthians and Martians with it). All of this with a Sigur Ros song in background.:drool: The thing is that the Earthians were too many and too well equipped to be defeated. So, in a final attempt to "not letting them win", they attracted all the Earthians troops in the city and blew it up. Hope is now in the kids and women that were hiding in caves...

I had enough stuff to make a feature film, but I put the big part in a minute. As you can imagine, it was kind of messy and, let's say it, bad. I had to explain this every time, because no one understood the story. But eh! Nice gun! :D

Nice one, you can see the Barrett and HK influences in this along with a tiny bit of L96: I love it.

Just a little thing: is the shell ejector on the ''inside" face of the gun? If so you can imagine how annoying shells flying across your face are :p

hehe yea, i donno about the ejector port, but its just the way it is on game, just to see more details, the other side is more doll (details wise) so we better se that hard work we're puting into it ;)
