Im modeling a toon character, i just begin with head, let me know your critics, this will have short hair or something like,

I hope he has a life time supply of eye drops. The poor bugger can't blink.

Remember with cartoon characters or real characters, one of the main focal points should be the eyes. The eyes can convey every single emotion needed to push character.

I'm not a fan of your style, So I don't really know what to say.
But How about Scale the eye up abit, to make it looks more cartoony, if that's what you intended. I also think you should refine the ear abit as well.
