The render & lighting is very nice, the texturing and modeling looks nice 2 .
The witches hats are a little small, mabey make them longer

amazing.. just amazing... the color is really good... the tires on the side look kind of weird do, and the car is waay to close to the wall... but those are minor things that you only notice after a while, so other than that 4/5

Great modeling and rendering but like YuraB said that there is just these few minor things that need to be fixed.

First of all... Great work! but one thing that would make your work look a little better in my opinion, would be the color of the cone, desaturate it a little because when I look at the image my eye moves right twards the cone and distracts it from the overal image.
