CGTalk - Max Install Problem

When installing my Max 4.2, I get withing 1 minute of the <install> and then I get 3dsmax42\setup\3dsmaxSetup3.cab

as being missing?????

is this an issue i should take up with Max Tech Support
or am I missing something.

i want to get this x-mas gift working :--)~ :bounce:

ps: Installed on my work PC just fine.
