Statoil is the leading gasoline and fast food chain company in the Baltic states.
They needed something different this time and we worked out a concept with our client agency Division McCann Erickson.
All line animations were done before shooting. In order to have best shadows and color bleed, the hand was shoot on the white paper. To achieve the natural look of pencil all lines were scanned and mapped to the objects.

Nice! I love the 2D/3D look. I wish it could have been longer! Great job!

Very nicely done!! The concept is well thought through and the execution is also top notch.
To nitpick , maybe the explosion and the exhaust could have been a bit better? Probably not , but I simply wonder, how it would have looked with some smoke rather than with black crosses.
It's nice to see your work on TV :)

At the first place we had black steam instead of black crosses but it didn't work well with our concept. Man who is speaking is supposed to be insener who is drawing technical illustration. So we decided that explotion is the only palce where we cross the line.
