[Faraguay]

Ok, I think nobody is doing this one yet...

It's what I call a Leb (to give him a name), also called a "seeker" (does this mean anything in english???) because its main and only function for many years has been to watch the world go by and report to the inhabitants of the city where they live when someone is aproaching or if something is happenning somewhere nearby.

I looked at the dictionary and to make you understand, this is a watchman race.
They usually are placed on the top of the main tower of the castle in the city where they are taken.

Originally these seekers were Elves, but they suffered some kind of enchantement and their body got paralyzed and a lot heavier. Even though they can move very slowly.
The time passes and their skeleton suffers modifications because of the weight and the enchantement and they transform into what I've sketched. They transform into some kind of alive gargoyle (awful creature), but they still conserve their great perception and sharp eye. They only can comunicate with noises. They've lost the talk ability forever.

The rumors say that when a Leb has completly transformed (wings are big and strong enough) they can fly and recover their agility and strenght. Nobody has seen anyone these days though.

And that's all. I haven't read any book from Mr. Tolkien and I've had some problems with names and everything... I hope this is ok for my entry...:wip:

Me alegro de ver spanish people por aquí... Me gusta mucho la descripción que haces de la raza, y el dibujo va por buen camino...

Quizás con eso de que provienen de los elfos le vendría bien un aspecto más "humano", un poco más erguido quizá?

That sketch looks awesome! The head is comming along, but maybe widen the ears from top to bottom where they attach to the head... that's really the only lil crit so far, course it's still the very begining. Keep it up!!!:bounce: :beer:
