Hi There!
I spotted a nice little Video in what seems to be a redesigned digitbacklot.com
I'm sure most of you will know this tutorial by heart but for the new guys, it's a great example of 4 point lighting set up for characters.
It's a little large on the file size but the quality is damn good, you can actually read the buttons for once woot!
