View Full Version : saving uv map and transfer them..

hi ..
can i do that in maya.. i have one rigged char and non rigged one but i have done uv mapping on it.. how can i transfer it on rigged model..
is it be some script..
help out nail it..!

Select source object, shift select target object,
Polygon -> Transfer(Option Box) uncheck everything except 'UV Sets'.
Then You can delete Non-deformer history. Just check out skin afterwards, sometimes it creates small mistakes,
There You go.
But that wasn't really a rendering question ;)

yes you are write this wasn,t but i didn;t get my uv problem answers in main foum way back.. so i thought of posting here.. and it pays off...

i will post in main forums in future..

and thank you for solution.. i am going to try that solution.. and tell you soon ..
