im trying to creat a character, so far i was able to do the main body, but now im trying add more detail to it, for example im trying to add mouth which is gets quiete big when opens but anyway whem i extrude inner or try anything it get disfigured like in image below,

is there a way to fix this?

i can do little touch up in zbrush but zbrush is quiete pain in the neck.

nothing wrong there..what your seeing is just how polygons and hypernurbs work...work on topology to get around issues like this
