Hi, don't mean to sound harsh but i think you really need to get the basics of animation before trying to animate a bipedal type character. I'd suggest doing the basic ball animations first (bowling ball, rubber ball, balloon) to get a feel for timing and believability of weight. Here are some links that I think will alot:
