I had to reinstall Windows XP yesterday. Unfortunately my external USB-drive was connected. So the system assigned K: to my windows partition. The first partition of the external drive is C now.
I reinstalled Maya and only starts if I put the license file in the folder C:\flexlm\. But of course I dont want Maya to be dependent of my USB-drive. I've set up a LM_LICENSE_FILE var in my Maya.env file, which is pointing to the license_file on my system partition but on startup all i get is the Product Configuration Wizard.
Do I have to set up any additional variables (environment, ...) ?
