CGTalk - Need your advise

How do I spline patch the car trunk without making it loose it's shape, because there are no reverences on the blueprint (1)

Same thing with the fenders (2)

Also, how do I make grooves or the lines inbetween doors (3)

What I advise. Get more blueprints other than a 2d view. Pick up a 3dMax book or check out some online tuts. :)
