Hi buddy!

For the hair: try to make longer, soft curves instead of short lines. Browse the work that has been posted in this forum! -Getting inspiration from other people's work is in my opinion one of the best ways to get moving if you're stuck!

(and if you want to learn techniques, here's a tip from me: get some semi-transparent paper, lay it over your favourite comic book drawings, and copy them! JUST DON'T POST IT HERE AS ORIGINAL WORK! ;) So find a comic book with cool hair drawings, copy 10-20 of the drawings, and then go back to fix your own drawing with what you have learned)

Color: hm... hard to say. Try work on the detail of her front some more, first. Think: what is she wearing? A rope, a shirt, a dress, grandma's knitted sweater? :) Think: the details have to be in the drawing before you add color...

Hope this helps!

Cheers,
- Jonas

work more on the anatomy. the outline is ok, but the mouth could go up, the eyes down a bit, and the nose go shorter. and the ear bigger.
to collor it, begin working on the basic stuff.. choose the texture of each material, choose a light source and the base collor. when the details are ok,then you begin to create the light/shadow layers, and dont forget to simulate that textures in this part.
