But contrary to Tommi, i really prefer the new design of link, more toony, which is the really first one!
look at the first Miyamoto's design! Link was a little funny character at the beginning, and not a character with a "Super hero" look! just to remember...

A heroic effort! If there is a problem, its Link's overall facial expression! Umm...look at the chin, eyes and hair. Alter them in a japanese-anime way - simple and not too real looking.
