Wow, this really is amazing man! Great modeling and lighting of the scene. It has a real desperate feel to it, great job once again!
There are 2 things that I would love to see changed to make it a 10 out of 10.
1) When he stands up and "crashes" down onto the mattress it looks like the mattress is made out of a hard material. It would be great to see it dents in or something. Just to give it that little extra.
2) Just after a minute when he walks over to pick up the bottle, it looks like the bottle floats in the air. Somehow it just doesn't look right. Maybe it's a bit to less shadowing going on beneath the edges under the bottle itself. I don't know...
But overall it's a damn good job!

Thanks Neejoh.
A note about the matress - it is animated to press itself down under the weight of the man when he sits down upon it, but because of too heavy noise all this subtlety is lost in the final render. The light source situated almost directly above the bed is only adding to the problem. Similar problems affect shadows cast by the bottle. Unfortunately, at present I dont have time nor patience to rerender it so i leave it as it is.

I gotta be honest, I didn't think that the music matched the imagery. I would love to hear something a bit more desperate, that song had something of a 1980's sitcom to it.
Everything else was stellar.
