What is it supposed to be for? Is it hires or a game model? Anyway, there are UV mapping issues, you can clearly see at his... "ears". Also he seems to be a little bit too squared. Make some smooth, rounded areas, especially the mouth. By the way, his mouth looks a little bit "cut out", make him smoother lips, add teeth and ... I do not know the English expression. Babel Fish tells me "oral cavity" is it right? That's missing, also his eyes.

Yah I have to resolve the conflicts with the texturemapping but the character is based on these sketches,

im leaving the eye sockets and mouth open because ill be designing mechanical parts wich will show through the mask like the glowing red eye and the mass of electronic part in his mouth
