Looking like a good start so far. A couple of things I noticed right off was that the texture on the stairs and porches looks a little big, and the roof as well varies in tile size. Other than that, nice start. Can't wait to see more!
(Hope I spelled everything correctly!)

Yes, there's certainly something to say about tiling of texture and scale, but it's always difficult to manage that wall on big building, between far and close rendering...
But anyway, your project seem to grow with much quality and the modeling, simply seem quiet good... especially if you learn 3d actually.
I hope to see soon more of your work, good cotinuation

looks awesome, i agree with the sense of scal issue, i think its the road throwing it off...speaking of the road..it looks kina out of place with this style of archetecure. maybe make it cobblestone or white stone, like the ones in some areas of italy, asphalt just looks kind of tacky and out of place to me. i can spot some tiling on the textures, but the geometry looks top notch. cant wait to see the next renders! :D

I think the reason why the back area looks weird is because of the 70mm lens Im using to render this. I should have some more updates on this later on this week because I had to ship my computer and its on its way. :)
