wow! Those are really amazing!
Good job!:D I can't wait to see more of your work..
The new node editor really adds to the mix. One couldn't dream of producing such moods without it. I am anxiously waiting for it to be released.
As for your work here, it's amazing. Only chrit would be the roof which seems to be a little too straight in comparison with the rest of the house. But everything else is just great. Can you share the techniques and settings used? In fact, can you make us a tutorial for this scene? Not so much focused to modelling, but achieving the results in node editor. It would be a great start for many of us, when nodes are released.
Nice work, as your previous ones.

Actually I'm already working to a tut on this scene. I will post it soon (I hope) in my web site.

I hope this render will be accepted in cgsociety finished project :)
The node sistem really rocks
They will accept it for sure. I have had less good work accepted. =)

Looks really good. The only crits I'd have to give it is that everything in the picture looks blurry..I think it'd look better with some parts being a bit sharper.

yep. You are right, but I think it's just an effect of the small sized,
this is just a little bit better

Excellent work. Great job with this scene and with testing out the new nodes. I'm excited for the next release but I still have a lot of features to learn in the current release.

I have a lot to understand too:)
The node editor it's not so hard to understand. If you have ever used gimp or photoshop, in just few hours you'll be able to post process your renderings, as I did for this job (it was the first time I opened the CVS:))
I think the 2.42 will be released soon

Ok I have to post about a couple other things I spotted..
The 2 main trees look too obviously duplicated, would have been better if you made them unique. At least make the hole in them different, it's in a really odd shape right now.
I still think that the one tree isn't close enough to the viewer to have that blurred depth of field effect that it has, so the blur still looks odd imo.
