View Full Version : Mirror Geometry problems

Hey all,
Does anybody get strange things happening when mirroring geometry, have a look at my images below.

This is before I mirror it :-

Does anyone have any suggestions on this please, it's driving me crazy?

Try scaling the geometry up by a factor of 10, mirror, then scale it back down if you need to.

Looks like you have weld verts settings that are too big so it's picking up those points? Try turning it off or setting the threshold really low.

Dave, after you have a result as the second image, go to either the channel box or attribute editor and in the mirror node lower the merging tolerence
