word up

did this playin around with my new Cintiq 21ux in conjunction with Toonboom software.

Everything is hand drawn on screen, no scanning.

I totally broke the rules on this one, as I was feeling mega spontanious. No key drawings, straight ahead, without knowing what the character was going to do. Im suprised that I was able to freestyle something with a sense of weight, momentum, and deep perspective.

hey, I grew up in Vancouver.....just finishing an animated film contract here in TO and Ill be movin back to 604 and lookin for some studio work....hopefuly Vanguard, Bardel, or STudio B

Anyway, I really like the spontaneous and freestyle quality in your animation, it's something that I havn't tried doing for a long time, looks like fun.
