Pretty nice job. I've listed the things I noticed when scrubbing through it, I hope they help. I could only see a few minor issues with it.

The pinky on the right hand passes through the box as the hand curls, it kind of looks like you have a single sdk controlling all the finger curls, but you still can manually adjust the pinky to stop at the box, I think. Actually you might want to consider positioning the hand so all the fingers are around the corner equally, it gives the impression of a firmer grip.

When the box drops a bit as he switches hands to get a better grip, the left foot still has it's toes bent after it lifts off the ground.

As he kneels to lift the box, you have the left foot flat on the ground under his shin (ouch!). The heel slides up and sits about 90 degrees or so to the ground, bent at and resting on the toes.

After he flips the box, when his left foot steps in it remains parallel to the ground at it's peak, it should be tilted down a bit more like it started to do when it lifted off the ground.

I loved the knee shake in the beginning, and I also loved that you had him lift with his legs! no back problems for that man when he gets older :)

good job. Keep at it :)

I like what you have so far. The one thing that kind of bothered me was his right leg. I guess you are making it shake to show the weight of the box, but it just looks too jittery. The part right before he moves his right hand to the bottom of the box....it looks like his leg is going to snap. Maybe take some of those keys out and slow it down a bit.

You also might want to try and put some facial animation in there, just some subtle expressions to show his struggle. It is a good start though, really nice line of action when he is lifting the box. Keep it up......
