Hi my name's Christian I'm new to graphic art but I'm starting a visual communications course at University soon. This will include illustration animation graphic design and photography. I want to get some kit and I wanted to know what basic pieces of hardware I should buy. Up until now I have been working traditionally with pencils and paint e.t.c. and doing any computer work on my 16" screen pc using photoshop and a mouse rather than a tablet.
