help me guys i dont know what to do .
i do some animation in max and when i render the picture not change and in the video too.
so what to do??????

Have you set the number of frames to render?

Render Dialog : Start Frame, End Frame (Off the top of my head, don't have max at the mo.)

It will render a single frame by default.
