MoGraph motion blur

Is Object Motion blur/Scene Motion blur checked in Render Settings/Effects?

Yes, I've tried tweaking the settings of all three types, Object, Scene and Vector blur. I finally opend a new file and did a simple motion blur on a scene to see if I was missing a setp in the workflow. The blur worked fine on an ordinary sphere but not the MoGraph text object.

Hmmm. I'm not sure what i changed but I am getting the Scene Motion Blur to show up now.

Still can't get any results with Vector Motion Blur or Object Motion Blur though.
