hi people,

i m stuck in a story, somewhere in the end. i m planning to make it in 3D.

please do check out the visual scripting and tell how it should end.

the illustrations are done in photoshop and i want to retain the exact look and feel for the film. now about the story, do u think the robot gets destroyed by the little creature as it tries to be freindly or something better. i would be glad to recieve feedback.

Out of curiosity (and sorry for not helping to answer your question) why do you want to do this ion 3D? It seems like working in 3D and acheiving the look you are after is more work than necessary. A program such as Mirage (http://www.bauhaussoftware.com/2D_Animation.php) would be better suited and probably easier.

I use 3D all of the time and prefer it, it's just that if I were doing what you plan to do, I would perhaps look at the 2D approach.

i want it to be done in 3D because the way i imagined the scenes there are lots of track outs in the new planet through the landscapes. and in the begining when the ship comes out of the parent ship the scene has a camera movement around the ship.
My plans are to use NPR (Non-Photo Realistic) approach for the film at the same time giving the feel of 3D space.
actually sorry for not showing all the story board frames. because now i m concerned more about making the end more interesting by just giving u the basic idea of the story. i m sory if these frames doesn't communicate the basic story.
its that a robot is sent from a mother space ship to a new planet for basic exploration and to find water and life on the planet. after reaching there the robot saw a butterfly. while chasing it the robot encounters the creature, who eats up the butterfly. the robot tries to be freindy to the creature and end up getting screwed. the film ends with lots of new ships arriving to the planet valley.

anyway people i would still like to get some comments on the story. .
i think the end can be better shaped up maintaining the tempo of the story from the begining.
