CGTalk - Spammed through MSN Messenger?

View Full Version : Spammed through MSN Messenger?

I have recently been getting spammed with links to external sites from people i don't know in msn messenger.

This has never happened before and i'm wondering if its coming from someone who is accessing my msn messenger handle which is posted in the "Get in touch with MSN" thread.

Has anyone had this same problem? How can i remove my msn messenger contact details from that forum?

my girlfriend had the same thing; "someone" (probably a spambot) started talking, and at the same time requested to add the person.. pretty annoying, hope it's just a one-time thingy, otherwise it could mean the end of msn (cfr googletalk & icq)
