INIX versus LadyMedusa (Mini Challenge)

OKies lets do it ,well i have several kind of characters roaming around my mind i like the sword fighting styles specialy samurai , i thought of making a character who fights with her high tec sword (which can generate electic current through it as a special attack ) but still she even caries a small sniper rifle for long rangs . well now back to scatch boook n maa scatching page of maa mind.

Sweet little clumsy Mary Lu. More curious than intelligent, but still not all that stupid.
She's really easy to make happy.
Works as a guard (or a cop) in the temple of Nis

Still making up her backgroud story. hmm, need a place to put that gun, maybe make a more handy one that doesn't like like its made of candy :s Might end up whit a sword or a bladed weapon aswell though. And I still might change her name.

I like how your person is going to have bouth a close range and a long range weapon :)

Kewl concept i realy like its yeah maibe should try finding a place to put the gun :D n yeah ma cenceptal drawing yet havent come up on a paper its still on maa mind, but dont worry i will post it preaty soon ,1st i thought i would start end of this month but girl i cant wait tht long so i have already started its work hehe :d gonner bee busy 3 weeeks :D hey yeah i havent yet come up with a story whole story but still its set :D, hope to see some modeling of tht kewl charector

Hey, Mary Lu seems soo sexy :eek: and I like a lot the ring on the tail!!
Inix, your character is nice, would you use both gun and sword? I suggest to focalize on only one type of weapons...

okies guys i have started modeling some by part of the character i have started with the leg later i will be modeling the boot n then will start with the body :D i would be preventing as much as i can not to model parts tht i are not seen :D

Mary Lu: Torso

I usually start on the head, but I can't seem to consentrate enough to get it even remotedly succesfull ^^, so I went over to the torso.
I'll add in more detail when I give her limbs and head as they will just get messy if I add more edgdes at this point.
I could smooth or convert it, but I tought of that first now ^^"

I didn't feel all that happy about her breasts, so I redid them. I remember seeing a tutorial doing them this way, I'll post it if I can find it, and remember which one it was :). I've also given her a tail and worked on her lower area.
Also made the collar :)

Worked on the head. Love the nose at the moment bu I can't really say that I'm all that happy about the rest.
(She got no eyes at the moment)

yaaahoooo ma comp is repaired but :S lost every document of mine , including the 1st modeling tht u see up there the leg n there was a torsor too whcih also got deleted so i had to restart againt so here is an update of the new torso n new leg, yey gues this one looks much better then the 1st one hurrey :D :D well yeah the leg n the torsor is not yet connected, i wont bee detailing the parts covered by cloths n other things to save time

Ok, Toso finished, I think:) Any crits appreciated on it. Upper legs too.
Startded on the legs aswell (no feet yet)
Yeah, I know the head if far too big... Thinking about redoing it, maybe its better to use Image Planes attleast for that :)

okies guys i made a lil more of the cloths n finished the arm but not too happy about it
now i will be modeling the boots n the elbor gard n then start with the hands n then finish on the head :D i thought i would work the latest oon the head :D

Mary Lu: Head and Tweaking

Twaked the head and the body a little more, and I'm more happy whit it now :)
I've merged the head to the body. Deleted the dress, since I werent that happy whit it.
The spere in her left eye socket is just a test-eye, haven't given the other side any test eye since I'm going to build them up later ^^.

okey i have totaly finished the hands n i am off it now modeling the head n boots u can see the boots in here i am modeling the head on a sperate thing n still it dos not look any thing like a female head :D, i will post the head on the next update , this time i have been doin some testing on meterila s n rendering i like how the skin shader came but still not happy with the cloths :S

Gave her an old iris texture to test out the eye, Maybe I should make them bigger, she looks a little shocked I think...

Ack, times up.
The rigging got really frustrating, so lets pretend shes...um. covering an important person. She is a guardian after all.
The blue thing is a shield, that she can grow larger, but it has to be recharged.

Well i finished sorry for maa late posting :S okies here is maa character Iris ,i realy like how she come out of the render machine :D but still not too happy with the head , laters after i model about 2 or three female head i might consider remodeling it :D
n i need a lot more of research on head i think this challange is a succes heheh i learned so much withtin these days n got to finish maa 1st human model woaw its just awesome :D

nice work there valentina i would love to see a close up of it, yeah would like to see a render could u make a render of it? :D

hope to get many crits so it would bee alot of help in improving in the next work :D
there r more challanges to come in the future i guess :D hehehe
