The bottom jaw stays still and top of the head moves around it. This is done sometimes, but in this case i don't think it works. This will help smooth some, if not all of the jarring action.
Also, the eyebrows are too static and there shoud be some form of blinking, plus i am a big fan of larger pupils, speaking of which, they are locked down a little too much for my liking, try letting them linger a little, but only a hair.
What i will commend you on totally is that you did that with three facial poses, which rules! It seems to me that most animators go for the complex setups that give them 'flexability' and end up with just too many buttons to press, you kept it simple and the lip sync is really good.

The lipsync seems a bit off due to the speed of the dialogue.
Back up the keyframes two frames and see what it looks like... I bet it reads better.
