Hello all, a few quick Maya "how-to"s
Is there any way to get a good IK/FK blending going on. I'm aware you can keyframe the solver on and off, but is there an alternative method to that described in the manual, whereby you can apply keyframes to the bones and have then have a slider that blends between the keys and the IK solve.
In order to keep a character's feet fixed to the floor I've used an Orient Constraint on the foot joint so it follows the foot's IK handle's orientation. On the character's hands however, I want to be able to turn this off so they can be keyed normally during FK animation - how?
many thanks in advance?
