Cool image! you should post a higher res image the compression on this image maybe a bit to much and is not doing it justice,
BTW what does the origional image that this represent look like?... or is this an origional idea?
Yes gL_spear this is an original idea ;) just run about the story board of the short film.
I think i can't put a higher res cause of the rules "no more than 40 Ko" :/

I like the idea and the old ystyle balloons. good work
Great work!
Reminds me of the IMAX-anim by rezn8. Like the paint-style finish.
I agree with all the others. This really looks great!

The scenery is nice -but it bothers me that the sky seems to be a flat background image.
The ballons are looking like miniatures in front of a plane...
Improve the lighting and youŽll get are more
atmospheric environment.
BTW, I love Jules Vernes books...I like this "victorian sci-fi-style"
Hi puuuuf
you're right for the background sky but in fact he is only here for the image.
In the final render we have use a blue compositing and the sky is create in particles...
i will put the adress of the web site with the trailer when he will be finish ;)

Very cool. I would like to make a suggestion. And this is just my opinion. I think that the clouds are to big and they take from the scale of the piece. I get the feeling that its suppose to be big station of some sort. But the clouds are taking from it. I dig it though. Looking forward to your film.
