Hello again everyone.

Well since vfs is over for me I have had a lot of free time- which I have wisely wasted. So I decided to start on this new model, I am sticking to hard body modeling for now cause it seems thats what I am good at (sorry boys no naked women this time). So I just picked a Feng Zhu concept out of my scrapbook and got to work. Let me now what you think- its still in early stages, I am kinda hoping this thread helps light a fire under my ass so I get moving and just finish it. I will just model this one- no texture, please don't ask me to I seem to be easily preasured when it comes to things like that. Anyway enough talking- Enjoy.

Thanks for the feedback..

Giom:
Yeah those skits from Monty Python were my favorite- nothing is more random the stuffed animals blowing up in the middle of the forest. I am glad you like it, its always cool to get feed back from you I apreciate it

Rollmop:
Well I will be seeing how far this project goes-hopefully I can make a completed piece-but I at least plan on finishing the whole thing modelingwise. The thing is right now I am trying to find work so its kind of nerve wreaking I have been sending resumes out like crazy, which is probably why my modeling is taking longer than usual. Any way I am glad you think its ok.

nicofb:
Hey! that image is pretty cool! I always like to see it when a lot of people take the same concept and realise it differently. I like the details that you added in the dark areas of the concept where you couldn't see anything. I also found it interesting how you found some of the objects had a smooth quality and I seem to have gone for a blocky look. Well hopefully I don't disapiont you- I am still unsure when this will be finished.

Ok so its been awhile since I posted- I apologise. Had a busy week and I went into Vancouver last weekend to my classes graduation cerimony from Vancouver Film School. So yeah anywho progress is still slow - I am still trying to find a job so that is taking up my time right now, but this morning I woke up and I just though if i have to look at that damn picture I am modeling from again I am going to freak out. So what do I do? I decided this morning to just put the Feng Zhu room aside for a bit and work on another model, what do I choose??? _another Feng Zhu design! WTF. But seriously I love his work and anyone who knows me knows that I really like to model hard bodies (mechanical things) So here it is I have been working on it for 3 hours, also I have the Feng Zhu Room update as well, enjoy.

Yeah kinda further but not so much, I was doodling around with the other feng Zhu Enviroment I started so yeah I wil post updates by the end of the day today. I am trying to light the scene, and my computer is in dire need of updating..........:( so yeah things are slow to say the least. The Island is too far away from all the places I need to be close too and I am starting to get pissed- Its too isolated here on Quadra, that and I still need a job. Sorry to rant, I am slightly irritated- my computer keeps crashing. Oh hey- are you working on anything new? Or are you just working for right now? Anyway take care buddy.
