How can i convert Standard material to Brazil base material?
Or how can i render standard material with brazil and have a same effect?

think there is something in:

Utilities > More... > Brazil texture something

If by Brazil base material you think of Brazil test material then there is only the hard way, to do it by hand. the test material don't have maxscript support since it was only a test material.

For Brazil 1.x support use the support options from your account page.
