DrSchille 01-08-2003, 10:14 PM Hi! I'm new here!
I just want some feedback on this projoct! I've finaly found some time to do some 3d modeling again, and it feels great!
I've got some problems with my 3ds but it works ok if i don't add to much details. But it doesn't work so well if I try to add Global Illumination! :(

The front of the car looks atoo big. Maybe it's the perspective but it looks a bit too wide, I remember the nose of these cars narrowing in a bit more.
You've chosen a hard car to model as in real life they look awkward and wrong :hmm:
Are the wheels the right size? They look a tad too small but they probably are realistically sized (?)

Yes, there is something wrong with the proportion.
Wheels looks too small.
Here is a small blueprint I found years ago anywhere on the Net ;)
U also should know WHICH countach U wanna model. There's not only one model!!!
Cya.

Looks good to me,, with headlights on it it will look much better.
Maybe the fenderes on the hood could be flatter

The JPG quality was bad! I'll make a new render with better light setting and quality when i get home. The light (only 1) was placed really bad, and the perspective made it look a bit big in front. I didn't have time to change it after I made the render.
I have used blueprints (top and side, but not front) And I've studied the car very much.
I lowerd the car a bit. Now it is as low as the first Countach LP400 S's That can make the wheels look smaller. In fact it has only got 15'' wheels!
Here is an older render:

Here is another render!

The car is equally wide over the front wheels as over the rear wheels. It only narrows infront of the front wheels.
More comments, please! :) :wavey:

Progress is going quite slow, but there is a progress :)
I'm starting to make the front lights and i did make the part over the front wheels a tad smaller.
