FUSION 4.01 NOW AVAILABLE

** this document uses the term Fusion to refer to both Digital Fusion and DFX+ **
Fusion 4.01 is now available for download. This is a standard maintenance patch to address general usability and stability issues. We strongly recommend this update for all users of Fusion and the DF Render Node.
IMPORTANT NOTES
-----------------------------------------------
- Due to improvements in the speed and quality of particle systems older Flows containing bitmap or brush based particle systems may not render exactly as they did in previous versions of Digital Fusion.
- This patch should correct the issues with running Fusion on computers running Non English region setting under Windows XP Service Pack 1
MAINTAINING COPIES OF PREVIOUS VERSIONS

The update installer will automatically install Fusion 4.01 over the
previous installation of Fusion 4.0, overwriting your previous installation. If you would like to maintain a working copy of both 4.0 and 4.01 you should make a copy of the contents of your application directory into a new location before installing the update.
The Digital Fusion Demo on our website has been updated to the latest version for user who wish to evaluate the patch seperately before installing.

DOWNLOADING THE 4.01 PATCH

To download the DF 4.01 patch you must visit www.eyeonline.com and log into your account. Click on the Register button at the top of the website and then enter the email address and password you used when registering your
copy of Fusion. The update installers can be found under Downloads in your account.
