does any one have any good sites for the actionscript part of making scroll bars? i`m extremely new to flash, and my site is relativly simple. but the content is displayed in a large scrolling section i`m not sure how to script. any basic scripting tuts also appreciated :bounce:

this is the site assosiated with a very popular series of tutorial books on flash and many other apps, .

this site includes downloadable examples of the work within these various books,.

i recomend getting , Foundation Actionscript for flash 5 and or MX...
you can look at the downloadable examples for this book and find a scroll bar

Flash MX have scrolls

in the component menu you have a scroll

just drag it to a text field and voila
