That is getting there. I see problems with the feet when the main control is moved up and down the heels of the character as passing through the floor. Looks like you have an IK solver just going to the toe of the character. You will need more then that to get it working correctly. You will also need more controls on the tail on the character if you want to get the kind of control that you will need durring animation.

Good job for a first rig.

Yes, i have noticed the problem with the feet. I think ik solver is not in the right place.

What is the best way to deal with spine and neck? It's better to place just one spline form tail to head, with spline ik modifier, or it's better two diferents chains, one for the spine and one for the neck. I have taken the second option.
