We are students from TRUEMAX Academy in Denmark that had the honor to have Steven Stahlberg as our teacher for two whole weeks. Two weeks are not enough :-), and he was very kind to have interest in our work and wanted to follow our WIP. So this thread is going to contain work of several students.
Along with Steven we had other great teachers, and we would appreciate their opinion too.
We also welcome comments from everybody else.

Here is the concept for my Musi character, and the test rendering of her head. Things I worked on and would like to get some critique are: models of the girls face and chestnut, their textures and shaders, eyes and lashes.

Im making a savage hunter, and im nearly done with the shape of the body

And here is the model of Musi's hand and arm. I used photos of baby hands as inspiration.

Hi guys, nice to hear from you again! :D

Musi, your cute character is coming along great. If I remember the reference right, maybe you want to add some sss to the hat, or if you have already, try to increase it? And maybe more green, so it separates more from the skincolor at a distance? The eyes could have a darker edge around the iris, and a bigger pupil maybe.
The hand is extremely well modeled.

JimmyLev, good modeling, Zbrush right? Your reference seems to have a slimmer shorter neck, bigger head, slightly slimmer arms and legs, but maybe you departed from the reference on purpose.
Keep it up! :)

Hello Steven.

Yes I have done it in Zbrush, and I also departed a bit from the artwork. The art is more for the color scheme, clothes and and smaller details.

I will soon post some renders of some of her clothes.

Thank you very much for the attention.

Hi Steven,

Here is a new version of Musi's face with corrections, and greener hat with more sss. I am not sure if this time I went too far :) .
Thanks for your comments and high evaluation of the hand model!

And the foot soon to come...

Hi all.
Im a student at TRUEMAX as well, but due to my laziness i havent got images uploaded here yet. My character, Keira, is a post apocalyptical warror, fighting for the US against the Chinese invasion of America.
The concept sketch is only for clothing and gear (wich is being modeled seperatly later on), so never mind the proportions.

The look im trying to reach is a bit like Jessica Biel http://dev.actressarchives.com/imgdir/jessica_biel.jpg (http://www.actressarchives.com/jessib/index.php?pg=9)

This is not a copy though, just a good reference.

All types of comments tips and suggestions are welcome, both to the model and for the concept.

The attatchments counts both the original concept drawing and front/side of body and head.

Hi everybody,

Here is the model of Musi's foot. It should look like a baby foot (I used baby feet as refference), but more compact, shot and small.
