Do you guys think these are good specs for a gaming PC? Also, would it be able to run 3DS Max, Maya, Photoshop, and programs alike easilly?

It looks good to me though I would go with WinXP Home or Pro. I am not sure media center's compatibilty with pro apps. It acutally quite the same setup I have with the exception of dual core. It's not the best with all the bells and whistle but it will be a beast.

Hello? Is it possible? If not, can someone point me in the direction to find a kick ass computer that cost no more than $1,200.00

First calm down :P You only waited a few minutes between each of your last posts :P This is a forum and is not instant.

Secondly, MCE is based on Windows XP Pro, with a few things learned from server 2003. I dont see why it shouldn't work, but the best place to find out if 3DSMax will work at all would probably be Discreet, seeing as they know what works with thier software.

Thanks everyone. So you are saying this would be better for working with 3DS Max and Maya than my current setup?

I cant see how it wouldn't work on MCE but it is possible the installer may not work detecting the wrong version of window.
