View Full Version : USS Missouri BB63 - Iowa Class

This is the USS Missouri BB63 as she appeared in WWII. I will both model and texture this huge thing.

Currently the front 1/3 of the ship is done excluding the hull as I just havn't done anything with it yet. I'm starting the work on the super structure but this will take awhile as there is alot of detail in that area.

If you want to see something by itself without everything else just tell me and I will post more pics.

Looks like a good start but I'm gonna call in the cavalry.... some people I know who're Iowa class experts :)

uh oh....

oh well its what I need. (as a side note: atleast I fixed my computers stablity I can get back to work)

there are a few things wrong already and as said before somethings I just don't have pics of so I have no clue what they look like except far away.

Well I see you're already over at MW.com so it appears a lot of the thunder is gone ;)

How detailed do you want to get?

if I can see it in the smithsonian model of it I will model it the link to that page is here. I know this dosn't show everywhere but where it dosn't I have pictures/and other models I am going by.

Looks really good so far. BTW what's MW.com?

It might be useful to post over at Military-Meshes.com. There are one or two Iowa class projects underway over there. It might be useful to compare notes.
