i think you have to work hard on the lighting man. cause me thinks that it is very well modeled and textured but unfortunately the current lighting does no good at all to your to your models. :(

your lighting is way too harsh, tone it down a bit and try not to make everything so monochromatic.

there's lots of potential and i like the composition but the details are lost because of the lighting.:bounce:

Is there a lot of specularity in your materials? Might be part of the problem.

That womans arms are in a really screwy position. If she's stabbing down, her hand should be holding the sword the other way, and her elbow should be forward. Try holding your hands like they are in the pic, and then try stabbing down. Also I can't even tell what the right arm is doing. It looks like she's scratching her back. Looks pretty good though.

for lighting and so on check Jeremy Birn 'Lighting and Rendering'....sure it's not quite cheap but it's a sure shot to learn something about lighting
