Have a look at your script editor first, did you get any errors? If there is no message that your batch render stopped it is unlikely that it stopped, but that its console output was overwritten.

Hi :)

Well, even if script editor has shown errors i could not have seen it because i was curently working in my scene iand script editor was "OVERLOADED"...

By the way.I am really interested by what you say.I hear of that first time. Can you explain more about that console overwriting?

Thanks :)

Well, it isn't really console overwriting, but the batch renderer outputs every 5 percents its progress, which is shown in that small blue coloured bar in the right-bottom corner of your screen. When another action outputs something, this is shown in this blue coloured bar instead.

Try looking in your maya render log, at the very bottom of the file. You usually find it here in windows:

C:/Documents and Settings/--Your user name--/My Documents/Maya/--Version (6.5, 7)--/

It's a file genetrated and updated by maya every time you batch render something. You should find what error was generated there.

Sometimes it could also be because you were rendering some file output other .iff, the native image format of maya. I had an issue with .png, I think because it was rendering the frames too quickly and overwriting the scratch file too fast.

It could also be due to heavy network traffic. If you're rendering over the network, try rendering in your local drive instead.

MayaHelp outlines how to network render; but it's just installing included or 3rd party satellite wares on slave machines and then submiting jobs from a master workstation.
