CGTalk - really weird window problem

ok this is weird...
I was going to make a numeric Lathe operation and hit "n" for the numeric panel to my surprise it opened but it was a HUGE window, so large that I had to manualy move it until I found the numeric options... minimize window didn't help to fix the size of the panel and not even a reboot... my guess is that the preference file changed something but I cann't figure out what.

any thoughts?

well found out what it was... for some weird reason modeler wrote this to the pref file:

Could you tell me the path to that file of yours?

it is located in the preferences folder. I'm on OSX...
here is the path
users:user:Library:Preferences

I've never heard of this happening before on ANY platform on any LW version

yep it is wack!:)

now i backed up the pref files, just in case.
