Okay.... it's kind of weird. Floating heads confuse me. The drawing looks nice, quality-wise, with the exception of the shadow running over the left (her left) eye. It breaks up the face and makes it look almost cubist, which I doubt is what you were going for. I'd also consider a neck and shoulders, or instead an explanation of why this particular female head is floating.

Actually it looks like a mask right now, is that what it's meant to be?

It was just a pencil rendering of an architectural detail I found interesting but with a couple added details.
Now that its been mentioned the shadow on the left side of the face does look a little odd to me.
