Digital Magic Effects House is now recruiting:
Multi-Skilled 3D Artist
Digital Magic is looking for a talented 3D artist to join our team and create cutting-edge special effects in international commercials, music videos and feature films.
The position will be open in September 2006. The artist will be skilled at modeling and texturing high-poly characters, backgrounds, sets and environmental elements for use in commercials, music videos and feature films. Using 3D Studio Max, the artist will be able to setup realistic lightings and shaders as well as achieve compositing in complex scenes. Inventiveness and initiative are required skills.
Digital Magic highly encourages artists to also have experience and talent in rigging and animating.
Digital Magic offers fun, creative and technically challenging projects in the surprising and exotic Thailand (good food, nice beaches, cute chicks...).
Requirements:
-3D modeling/texturing skills as demonstrated on your demo reel
-Professional knowledge of 3D Studio Max
-Particles setup skills as demonstrated on your demo reel
-Compositing skills in software such as After Effects
-High-resolution modeling skills
-Fluency in Photoshop
-Experienced eye for light, shade, color and details
-Ability to fine-tune work at the pixel level
-Must work well in a team environment and be open to direction
-Passion for film, animation and video games are encouraged as well as artistic background.
-Artists who are also experienced in rigging and animating characters are highly preferred
