View Full Version : how to creat a standard BVH file?

When I had some motion data through Vicon MX , how to creat a standard BVH file for other 3D packages, eg, 3ds max, Lightwave or messiah ?

by now, i had clean the motion data in 3dsmax with CS. in CS i named the bipe by correct BVH_name (Hips, Chest,Chest2, Chest3, Neck, Head, LeftUpArm,LeftLowArm,LeftHand, LeftUpLeg,LeftLowLeg,LeftFoot, and Rightparts....) then I export FBX file. in MotonBuilder 7 pro I open the FBX file, then selected Hips and export BVH file.

but, the BVH can't use by other 3d packages , even in 3dsMax.

could anyone tell me what's wrong with that? and how do it correctly.
